Faster access to personal services: Zeitfracht Medien offers new and innovative customer portal
Erfurt, 19 January 2024 : Zeitfracht Medien is also pushing ahead with digitalization in customer communication and is offering targeted and effective communication with customers, more service and better accessibility with a new portal. The media logistics company's new portal for customer inquiries, which is already available, will completely replace the previous time-consuming email communication from February 1, 2024.
The portal offers a number of advantages: Inquiries can now be processed quickly, easily and without further queries. During processing, it is possible to assign the inquiry directly to the relevant experts depending on the topic. If there is a need for further clarification, an automatically generated process number enables a clear assignment to the personal request.

Via the self-service portal My InfoCockpit, Zeitfracht Medien also offers simple and convenient access to all relevant documents for daily collaboration, including invoices and delivery bills from the Zeitfracht bar range and from the publishers from Zeitfracht Verlagsauslieferung.
With the consignment cockpit, you can continue to keep an eye on all consignments that are delivered via the book trolley service. Recording complaints directly via the shipment cockpit remains unaffected by all changes and is still possible.
